4. Data Retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. Reviews and business listings may be retained after account deletion to maintain community content. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
5. AI and Automated Processing
We use AI to power features like the Concierge assistant, review response drafting, event scouting, and marketing campaign generation. AI features process your messages and activity data to provide responses. AI-generated content is informational only and may not be accurate.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics to understand usage patterns. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
7. Data Security
We use role-based access controls to protect data. Business owners can only access their own business data. Admin-only data (analytics, marketing campaigns) is restricted. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

- Disable AI features (Growth Partner, Event Scout) in your dashboard settings

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
